“No more the quality it was. I bought one several years ago and make buy it by two friends. Now I have a new one and my water keep the taste of tab water, the filtration is much more (too)quick and the support just ask again and again for pictures without taking action.”

“Ultra Fast delivery & Packaged extremely well. Top quality and very easy to assemble. My water much better using this system and i am 100% happy with my purchases from Doulton. 5 Stars in every way! “I was sceptical at first however, I can no longer drink tap water. This simple machine actually does what it says on the tin and water has never tasted better (well there is not tast at all). Would highly recommend. 8.5 litre with ultra flouride filters.”

“I bought from Doulton because I didn’t want to buy from Amazon. However, the postage cost was insane, over £6 for a single plastic nut, and I ended up buying the wrong size - completely my fault. Returning it was pointless, as you don’t get the original postage back (fair enough) and you have to pay to post back (again, fair enough). I ended up buying four nuts plus extra spare parts from… Amazon, for the same price as the single nut from Doulton. 🤷‍♂️ I tried, at least.”

“Our tap water was starting to smell like a swimming pool and was not pleasant to drink. I found the gravity system online and read all the reviews. We were originally going for 6l but upped to 8.5 and I couldn’t recommend enough for clean and tasty water. It hasn’t been out of use since it arrived. Easy to set up and maintain would definitely recommend.”

“I rang Doulton to enquire about your water filters and my call was taken by Steph who was extremely helpful. I ordered the filter on Monday evening and it arrived on the following Friday morning. I am very impressed with the efficiency with which my order was processed. I made subsequent enquiries about the product I purchased on your website and my queries were responded to almost immediately. My plumber hasn't installled my under counter filter yet but I believe it to be a, excellent product. Well done to everyone in your company. Thanks”

“The filter works well, however the tap seal is leaking and does not stop leaking no matter how tight or loose I fit the valve. Would welcome contact from the Doulton team to resolve this issue.”
