“I’ve never had any problems with DreamIT Host and the pricing is very reasonable. The website is very user friendly easy to get around with a clean and clear design. I like the occasional newsletters on updates, new products and specials.”

“I have had a hosting facility with DreamIT for a number of years along with the registration of a number of domains. Their service is excellent and very competitive in pricing and they keep up to date with all the latest news and features in the online environment. If there is ever a problem they get onto it quick smart to solve it. I am really happy with DreamIT and hope to grow my business with them in the coming years.”

“DreamIT were recommended to us. They have been very helpful and patient in establishing a revised business website and accessing emails, particularly when compared to our previous provider. “Changed from a big host that was almost the same cost. Much better service they really know what they are doing, unlike the big host. Minor queries are answered in minutes not days or weeks. The service is kept up to date and fast.”

“I needed to drop google's gmail as they were end of lifing the old free G-Suite service which meant I either paid $8 per user per month (I had 5 users) or find another provider to host my email. I spend around 1 week reviewing what was available and eventually settled for DreamIT. Migrating my accounts from gmail to DreamIT was pretty painless, and the couple of issues I had (which were more me trying to get suitable passwords to migrate the accounts) the DreamIT support team were great. They were very prompt at replying to my queeries and gave good answers. Its now been about 3 weeks since I had my mail switched over to DreamIT and the system has been working flawlessly. I'd definatly recommend this company to host your email with,”

“Questions get answered but not always in a way that a non IT person can understand. You guys all know what you're doing but for a person who is clueless the answers received are not always clear. It would be great if there were a way that we could speak with you which would give you guys an idea of how savvy we are and maybe clear up any confusion”

“My transition from one of the mega size hosting providers (who I had been with for 10+ years) who have moved their customer service operations to a generic call centre somewhere to the North of Australia was motivated by the frustration in dealing with yet another monolithic entity. The experience of switching my domain to DreamIT and associated hosting has been an effortless experience. The customer service has been at a level that others should aspire to. Well done guys ! “I came across to Dream IT Host from Ventra IP and I knew I was making the right decision. Although they didn't have a lot of public awareness at the time, I still thought it was worth a shot. Dream IT Host was by far better than my old host in website performance and Australian support. What amazed me the most is that the staff actually read the emails and solved problems when there was a technical issue with your hosting account (CPanel) or/and emails. I've always been the performance and support person rather than money/cost driven because that's what makes any business better than others.”
