“They didn’t make me happy. I took the plastic off a roll to make sure It worked in my room. It was the ring color. They told me an opened roll couldn’t be returned and of course I have to pay shipping back.”

“Due to the fact that I was obliged to purchase one roll because they don’t send any samples to test colors/ quality, only THEN did I discover you get 10% discount for a second purchase...so with a policy like this, it pays to initial buy one roll, even if you’re not fussed about any color testing- because the second purchase (90% of your order )would THEN be cheaper. Just make sure the 2nd order batch Nos. are the same as the initial (test) order. Delivery prompt with Inc/confirmation & delv follow through very good... on balance overall > good service,& therefore “acceptable”.”

“It wasn't the company, they sent out the order in very good time. It was the product! It was not at all what it looked like on the internet. The border was bright & clear on line, but when I received the product, it was all washed out & faded looking. Not at all what I was expecting!”

“I recently ordered border for my laundry room. Although the product was shipped quickly, I had questions about the product but was unable to reach a representative by phone. I left several messages and no one returned my call. I sent an email and Chi Raganit responded, who had excellent customer service. It would be helpful if someone would answer the phone.”

“Free shipping was not given when placing order. Tried to call, but no one to talk to. Emailed and was told will be given credit when shipped. I have to wait till credit card comes in to check for credits. Too much work to get the free shipping, should be available when checking out.”

“There are no sales or customer service departments - phones are never answered and voice mails are never returned. I wanted to ask for expedited shipping and left emails and voicemails. Never heard from anyone. In fact, I thought I had been scammed until the product actually arrived. It did ship out in a day or 2 and it did arrive a few days later.”

“I ordered 3 rolls of border and it showed that they shipped 3 rolls . I only revieved 2 rolls. I called to report that only 2 rolls were shipped and spoke to an answering machine. I am waiting to hear back. I am not going to hang my paper till i know i have all of it. Feeling frustrated, anxious to finish my project.”

“I didn't get an email confirmation of my order, but I did get a quick response when I emailed you about my order. The way my wallpaper border was packaged was careless. It was placed in a flimsy envelope that was torn during shipping. Thankfully the USPS wrapped it in plastic, but one roll was open and slightly torn when I received it. The wallpaper isn't high quality, but it will work for a hallway.”
