“i've written two emails to you asking about the progress of my order. Chi got back to me but had no information. You were quick to charge my credit card but I haven't heard anything about where my order is. Any help you can give me would be great. Debbie Vance”

“Not a reflection on this company but rather the product. Described as 'self-adhesive'...did not hold for more than an hour. If you buy this product...plan on buying wall paper paste as well.”

“BEWARE PEOPLE...... Returns are an issue with this company. I am trying to return border that I ordered two rolls of two different patterns for two different bathrooms. Of course I had to open one to see if the border was going to work for my project. The border was NOT as shown online - not the colors shown. Realizing the border was unsatisfactory, the two rolls were re-wrapped perfectly except for the plastic covering. (I had only unrolled them maybe two feet total.) Well, guess what? I've been told I can only return the unopened rolls. How can a person know if the paper will work for a project if you can't open it???? No one from the company will answer my questions and respond to my email. BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Very poor customer service and won't accept returns. The website alludes to the fact that you may make returns - but there is fine print!! The item is in perfect condition!!! A small re-stocking fee, or upon inspection approval for return, but to take a $74 chance that you'll like the paper - I'll NEVER take that chance again.”

“Left message three times no return calls. Needed three rolls, online ordering only let me order one. Three would of given me free shipping. So I had to pay $7 for each roll.”
