“Ordered two rolls of border. Both are good quality, however, first one did not want to adhere to wall at the bottom. Had to work on it for awhile. Second border went up beautifully. Looks great.”

“I should know better than to buy wall paper over the internet. I didn't know it was vinyl looking, it didn't appear that way in the picture. The color is great, the print is fine, size good, but doesn't go with 1901 house. more like 1980 house. And the shipping. I had no idea I would have to be present to sign. I work--in another town. There is no re-delivery service in my area. I had to make arrangements to go to the USPS and pick up the package of wall paper I can't use. Never again.”

“The border that I ordered came in quickly and was shown much in appearance as shown online. What I am very unhappy about is the customer service. I need to return the borders as they did not match up to the wallpaper that I already have on my walls. I have called, left messages, followed their directions from their website & filled out a return request (there was no return form or packing slip). and still have heard nothing. When I completed the return section of the website it stated that I would hear something soon on how my return would be processed. I have never filled out a return form an had to wait to hear from someone before I could sent back the product. It has been several days and I have received nothing. As I mentioned, there is no one to answer a call as well so I'm wondering if I'm just at their mercy with products they are hoping won't be returned. Is this yet another online shopping site that deliveries timely, but on returns.....not so much?”

“I was confused about the pasted/self-adhesive thing. I was hoping that it was self-adhesive, to make the installation easier. The quality and the color is right, I have never done anything like this before and I believe that I cannot do this. I would like to return this product. How do I do that?”

“I was happy with my order of 4 double rolls (2 different patterns), When i went to order 2 more rolls of 1 item last night , I found the the price was $10 more for each roll. I was NOT happy with the price increase, I bought elsewhere.”

INternational orders take longer to be delivered. Your order was shipped the next day after you placed it. Now it's up to the postal service. Thanks for your negative review anyway
