“Ordered about a month ago. Keep getting an invalid tracking number. Told them the number isn't right. No matter what I say, including a request for cancellation and refund, they respond by giving me that invalid tracking number. Sooo many excuses for the order not being in the system.”
“I ordered 4 Christmas dresses 2 for me and 2 for a friend. They were very inexpensive so my expectations were low. But, what I received was absolutely garbage. One of the dresses was completely different from the picture. And the quality was that of a dollar store tablecloth. I am not sending them back because I don’t need anymore of a headache and I heard they are difficult. Learned a lesson and will never order from them again. Honestly they should be ashamed to sell such a cheesy product. Buyer beware this company sucks.”
“Love the out fits. Buyer protection is a joke. Pay for my order $40.70, only refind me $39.97. Shipping the item cost me $16.10. So at the end I only get $23.97. This is ridiculus. The items was to big. Size chart is wrong. I was planing to buy something else from you guys, I guess I will not. So at the end end out with less what I pay and no merchandise. “I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. The processing time was so long I began to wonder if my order would ever arrive, even though I requested expedited shipping. I got a different answer every time I talked to someone. The first time they told me my order was delayed because one of the items was out of stock. The second time I called, supposedly that item was in but a different item was out of stock. I tried live chat, email, and telephone. The representatives were never able to tell me anything about the status of my order other than that “it’s about to be shipped.” When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that all of their bosses were on a business trip. All of them! All at the same time! After nearly a month I called to completely cancel my order and was given a runaround about how I would have to call back after 24 hours to cancel. It remains to be seen whether I’ll actually get my money back. Cute clothing pics but such a disappointment.”

Ordered a dress, total £109.24 spent, Thought it had to be decent at that price.
Ordered my normal size.... dress came and it was too big.
Since then I’ve had to buy another dress and been going back and forward trying to return the dress, offered 10 quid compensation!

Bought a dress for 90 from Next and it’s so much better quality wish I did that in the first place.

“I ordered three items and paid for expedited shipping. 2 items arrived late. Then I received an email that I could wait, choose another item, or request a refund. After requesting 3 different items that were all out of stock (including one that was new with an in stock availability, as they suggested) I am waiting for a refund.”
“Only down side is that one of the items I ordered went out of stock and I had to inquire about it myself. The other item I ordered came in a reasonable time. The quality was better than expected. Walmart grade material. I got lots of compliments on the stuffed cat hoodie when I wore it to work. I questioned why my second item was not shipped yet they said it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they gave me one. Every reply was within 24 hours and I got my refun within 24 hours of requesting it. Make sure to order 2 sizes up though. I’m a small/medium depending on the place and I ordered size XL and it fit.”

Quality is maybe not as good as it shows in the pictures but it is comparable quality I would say for the price paid. I live in the North of Scotlans and they still delivered 😁”

“It's absurd! They are absurd! One, they mess up on my order, and then they say that they can only return half of the money because the rest was shipping charge. BS! The display price of my item was $25.99, not $16.92! The total charge with the shipping was $30.58. What does that say? That the shipping charge was DEFINITELY NOT $14!
