The trip was more arduous than I thought it would be but then I’m 73 and a lot were younger in my group. All 7 participants were a pleasure to be with. Our leader, Ernesto, I have upmost admiration for.....kind, so intelligent, he KNOWS the birds. The bus driver was excellent also, Jorge. The places we stayed I will always remember. I felt well taken care of. I highly rate this tour. My bird list has expanded exponentially!

This was a five star tour. Both are guides where attentive to the needs of the guest and provided helpful in providing tips on identification on birds and went out of their way to help everyone fell part of the group and find the birds.

Eagle-Eye Tours were instrumental in facilitating, coordinating and fine-tuning our Adventure Canada trip to circumnavigate Ireland and Scotland - a trip of a lifetime. All details were taken care of with ease by Eagle-Eye Tours. it was good to have a local source of information and expertise.

These places are unique in terms of birding - so special so remote. It’s a wonderful opportunity.

Narwhal whales, polar bears (including a mother and cub), beluga whales, birds, local Inuit culture, perfect weather, expansive ice stretching seemingly forever, riding in a komatik dragged by a ski-doo, icebergs, short hikes on Bylot Island as the vegetation comes to life, knowledgeable experienced tour and local Inuit guides and friendly and professional crew, Interesting fellow adventurers, Comfortable tents, delicious hearty food . . . This tour has it all!!!

Well planned trip covering a wide range of Panama habitats. The number of species seen exceeded my expectations. My life list increased greatly. The small group size made it easy to enjoy the experience. Wonderful tropical birding experience.

The expert guides are knowledgeable and friendly and ready to serve almost any request. Getting to see all you want to see may entail much driving by your guide on gravel roads, so do hope for good shocks on the van!

Our Australia guide, Barry Davies, is not only a bird expert, but reads people well and adjusts accordingly. He also has built great relationships with local contacts, from other guides right through to restaurant wait staff, which added to the whole tour experience.

From initial contact with the office, to the final group dinner, all aspects of this Eagle Eye Tour were well thought out and organized. I appreciated the time and energy the guides put into ensuring we all had a successful birding experience.

Positives: Always felt safe traveling solo. Accommodations were satisfactory to excellent, guides were both outstanding birders and human beings, fostering strong group dynamics, plus made it FUN. I really hope I get to go on more trips with either or both of them!! Driver was very steady-handed driving in difficult circumstances at time, and also a fun birder who went above and beyond for all of us. Recommendations: The last location was near the airport and grounds were nice, but the room was very musty and dark, and the pillows were like rocks. That could use some work. I was the last to leave, scheduled the bus at 10 am, but the driver/hotel owner was late, then decided to delay leaving further to bird in the parking lot with someone else. We didn't leave until 10:30. He told me I had plenty of time to make my flight, and I probably did, but that was not his decision to make and created anxiety as I was traveling solo and was the last to leave of the group. He was very nice, and I don't believe he understood that he was being disrespectful. I think if that was explained to him he would correct that.

We had a great guide and driver leading a small group (7) of birders. All information given to us by Eagle Eye prior to the tour was reasonably accurate and helpful. The tour was well organized and gave value for the money.

We've gone on two birding tours with Eagle-eye, one to Florida and the other a combined tour of gardens and birds, in the southern part of England. Both were a lot of fun (particularly the latter, which I hadn't expected), run by friendly and knowledgeable people. Accommodations were generally good to excellent (4 or 5 star), although one night I would say was only 3 out of 5 star. Quality service from both the guides and the office staff.
