This was our third trip to Costa Rica, and still we saw so many new birds and had some very unique experiences. I would credit our guide Joachim Bertrands for making this comprehensive tour of Costa Rica so much fun and such a terrific success.

We had excellent looks at the Whooping cranes, and also saw almost 100 other bird species, and great looks at some mammals (moose, foxes etc.). Tour was well organised. An extra day in Prince Albert National Park would have made it even better though. Hotel was good but had a few issues. (Rooms were too bright at night, toilet paper was cheap and rough, shower was slippery with no mat) but food was excellent and efficient. Tour leaders/ drivers were excellent. Good photo ops.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Eagle-Eye Tour to New Brunswick and Grand Manan in August 2017! Our group bird count was approximately 125 birds - I ticked 40-odd life birds off my list, including my target sea birds! We also enjoyed whale, seal and porpoise sitings; lovely flowers and butterfly species in the beautiful scenic province. Jared Clark was an exceptional guide - patient, good humoured and an extremely knowledgeable birder and lover of nature. He did his best to make sure everyone in our group had their eye on the bird in sight! This was my first Eagle-Eye Tour and am sure it will not be my last!

Eagle Eye has a lot of birding trips we want to go on. Cape May NJ Bird Migration was our first trip. Eagle Eye is very organized and they have excellent guides. Their Newfoundland Grand Tour is on our bucket list.

We thoroughly enjoyed our birding trip with Skye Haas. He is an amazing professional ornithologist and very personable young man. He made every effort to assure all participants saw each species. He provided boundless information about the species we saw, their natural history, current population status and current distribution. Skye made our trip very informative and enjoyable. His enthusiasm for birding was infectious and we all were willing to put in long hours to see all the birds we possibly could find. This allowed us to document over 215 species. Kudos to Skye Haas!

This trip went off as planned because it was so well-planned. We stayed in a variety of places and got to see quite a variety of bird life. The guides were so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt well taken care of the entire time. I would recommend this tour to other birders.

This trip was even better than we hoped. Eagle-Eye ensured that the logistical stuff went very smoothly and their personal thoughts on the trip proved timely and accurate. I commend their staff on helping us to get prepared with no hic-ups. The scenery and wildlife was amazing-- we saw our polar bears, walruses and Ivory Gull which were among our targets. The partnership with Adventure Canada ensured a wonderful holiday with great experts and lectures to help along the way. I cannot figure out how Eagle-Eye ensured the weather and ocean conditions were going to be so calm and peaceful.

The animals at the floe edge as well as the quality of the guides and tour leader (Ken) made the experience fantastic. Lots of birds, several narwhals and seals, and a polar bear with very close-up views!

The crew with Bluewater were very experienced, safety first for all guests, and made sure that we got to experience all encounters that came our way with no set schedule so we could whip up a side channel to see something unexpected if the opportunity came our way. Meals were fabulous (we had not one but two chefs on board-one in training). They both entertained us each day with their musical talents! Very well run expedition with Jonas at our helm. Thanks to staff at Eagle-Eye for their help in planning my trip.

We enjoyed this birding tour of Southern Spain. The guides were excellent. They knew where to find the birds including the specialties. The Whale Watching Excursion was fantastic. We watched a pod of Pilot whales hang out right beside the boat. The countryside was blanketed with wild flowers. While looking for birds, the group also visited historical sites, villages, natural reserves and National Parks and a enjoyed a sampling of local cuisine. We recommend going a few days before the tour starts and staying on a few days after the tour ends. There are easy day trips from Malaga where the tour started and it was easy to explore Madrid from the hotel where the tour ended.

The tour guides were wonderful, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about birding and the opportunity to share it with others. All the stops were interesting and combined birding with geology and local knowledge. We were very impressed and had a great time.

Our January, 2020 trip to Costa Rica was a 10-day "sampler" that immersed us in the astounding diversity and beauty of Costa Rican birds. Our superb guides, Ernesto and Paz, not only displayed an in-depth knowledge of Costa Rica's rich flora and fauna, but they also shared with us the history and culture of Costa Rica, giving us the feeling of truly connecting with this country. The logistics of the trip were carefully designed to visit a variety of habitats over a 10-day span to afford us the best opportunity to see as many birds as possible. We always felt that we were in good hands, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the adventure.

Wonderful tour starting in Elk Island National Park, on to Yellowknife and then to Cambridge Bay. Our guides were thoughtful experts and the small group, 12 participants and 2 guides, was very condusive to our being flexible. All accomodations were comfortably and the tour was extremely well organized. I found the schedule a little packed and would have preferred a bit more personal time in the mornings and evenings based on my energy level but other participants were quite happy to be busy the whole time. A big thank you to our 2 excellent guides and an efficient tour company. We saw an amazing number of interesting birds and also observed and identified other wildlife including mammals, butterflies and wild flowers.
