“Sadly a disaster ,I placed a small order with Eagle music , paid the bill and waited. I got a message a few days later telling me my address was inaccessible ???
I contacted Eagle music, they had received the same message!
DHL are the courier,trying to speak to someone in the Customer disservice department was also problematic.
Monday, I received a second message from DHL telling me my address was inaccessible. I was completely lost as on both occasions I was sent an email giving me delivery windows for my order.
I contacted Eaglemusic Monday morning expressing my disdain, they were going to pursue and call me back or send a message. Neither happened.
Today we are no further forward, time and money wasted. Not a good Christmas present.”
