“After ringing to check stock, I purchased the uke on their website so I could use PayPal pay in 3. Then I replied to the purchase conformation email to ask if they would send me a few pictures of the uke, they sent me the pics on whatsapp so I had a clear idea of what I was getting while it was going through the set up in their workshop.
The uke arrived at my house a few days later and was extremely well packaged in a large box with plenty of internal padding.
They are super friendly to talk with and offer some fantastic products, in my opinion they are as professional and helpful as the 2 offer uke specialists shops in the UK.
