“I have ordered a few things from Eagle Music shop including an expensive purchase. The customer service that I recieved was excellent and will definitely use them again. I got the impression that the staff/owners care. The only small issue I had was that the photo's of the products don't necessarily acurately reflect the item you will recieve. I have had this issue twice so it's clearly important to call if you need to make sure. It's an annoying issue when ordering online but I don't feel it's worth loosing a whole star for. Otherwise, I have been extremely impressed.”
“I've always thought that, when it came to purchasing musical instruments, there was no substitute for buying after physically playing the instrument in the actual shop. Ideally this is still my position but after perusing the website for Eagle music over several years, I finally took the plunge and bought two new harmonicas after reading the specs outline on the site. One thing that really impressed me about Eagle Music is that they set up the instruments before selling them so there is nothing to worry about. Added to this, the prices quoted are usually very fair so I thoroughly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again.”
