“The banjo I ordered for my husband was out of stock. Someone phoned from Eagle and offered another one as a suitable replacement. The banjo arrived well packaged the following day.”
“I only bought a finger pic. It was delivered promptly. But the reason I only gave it 4 stars was because it wasn't clear what size it was. I have thin fingers, so "medium" to me should have fitted perfectly. (You only offer medium and large.) But it was tight. Simply remedied by immersing in boiling water for a moment or two, but nevertheless the description could have been more helpful.”
“As a longtime customer of Eagle Music Shop, I can recommend them for helpful and knowledgeable service and some great special offers. A good choice of gauges for strings for banjos, guitars and mando family instruments, especially.”
“had trouble knowing which was the precise harmonica I wanted but telephoned the shop and ordered over the phone - was very helpful and the item arrived in time for Xmas as promised - Very happy.

“I needed machine heads and tailpiece for a mandolin and Eagle Music offered a good choice from budget level to classic. I’ve used them before and always found this to be the case. I ordered them about lunchtime and they arrived in the post next morning. Excellent products and service.”
