"My first five string banjo although in a previous life I played a shortscale Irish tenor banjo for a while. The Old Tyme Wonder appears to be well made and is pleasing to the eye. The banjo is also reasonably light. The Planetary tuners appear to facilitate accurate tuning and the banjo seems to stay in tune. It will probably be a while before I achieve a good sound but hopefully the banjo will do nicely for accompanying myself when singing as an alternative to the acoustic guitar or ukulele."

"I bought a pair of these strap converters for my tenor banjo & was so impressed that I bought a pair for my 6-string. Both now sit much more comfortably when I'm playing & they look much better than the old bootlaces I used before \ud83d\ude06\r\n"

"Excellent thumb pick, I love these bumble bee thumb picks as you can turn the flat pick in or out adjusting it to where you need it to be on your thumb, brilliant \ud83d\udc4f \ud83d\ude00 \ud83d\udc4d "

"The banjo was well setup when delivered. It is not too heavy and sits nicely on my knee. The frets are well polished and the ends are very tidy. I've add some lemon oil to the fret board and it's now lovely to look at and very playable."

My favourite thumb pick is the Dr. Sherpa 015 metal. Eagle have a good stock of these so when mine was lost they were an obvious source. Fast delivery - very happy. Will definitely buy from Eagle again. Chris Nottingham
