“When I first walked in to inquire about the new neighborhood being built, I wasn’t expecting to be able to buy the new homes. Amanda showed the different designs and explained the process and I was signing paperwork in a couple of weeks. Everything went great and choosing all the home options at the design center was a blast.
Then the waiting of the home to finish began. It seemed like forever when the estimated finish time arrived. It wasn’t ready, boo. However, two months after that date it was ready. The close process was simple, walkthrough issues were taken care of and the home looked excellent.
