“We are very happy with the house. Good materials, good workmanship, hassle free experience. Jan Barrese and Bob Starke were excellent to work with, very helpful and professional. My only issue is Eastwood's policy on interior paint. I would have gladly paid an additional upfront fee to have the interior painted in our choice of colors. Now I am paying $3000 in labor and materials to have the interior re-painted in our color choice. Having the whole interior painted all white or all tan does not work for us and as I am learning, not for a lot of others. Makes the house look like a rental unit. You should reconsider this.”

“This was my first time buying a house so I had a lot of questions and wanted to see a lot of different models and communities and Eastwood had many options to fit me. I started talking with Kenya Walker in maybe February of 2017 and she was very patient and informative with me, even helping me look at other Eastwood communities that she wasn't responsible for. When it was all said and done I ended up going back to Kenya's community 3 months later and going under contract. Throughout the entire process both Kenya and our builder Daniel let me know what was happening every step of the way and had no problem making fixes when there were small design mistakes (shingle and door color). Best of all the house closed exactly when they told me it would and I didn't have to deal with any of the horror stories I've heard form other folks. As of today its my plan to build my next home with Eastwood as well.”
