David Ford is an awesome Construction Manager. He MUST have a Harry Potter "Time Turner" because he CAN, and IS, everywhere at once. From our first meeting, the day the concrete arrived for the foundation, to catching him in the street yesterday to ask a question, the man seems to ALWAYS be on the J...O...B. He was always available to answer questions even when it was NOT during his and Jacy Campbell's weekly telecom with us when we lived in Southwestern V”

“From our very first encounter with our sales associate Tiffany, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. That never changed. We were impressed with quality and attention to detail for the price-point. The construction supervisor, Wayne, was informative and thorough. The design consultant, Anna, was helpful and reassuring in a somewhat overwhelming process. From the signing of the contract, the home was built in a little less than 5 months. We had a tight and rather firm target-date and it was met, even with our very cold and wet winter season. Tiffany sent pictures every 7-10 days showing the progress of the build. We really rarely went on site as there was little need. We're in our house now. It's beautiful and feels solid. We are very happy with our choice of builder and would recommend a hundred times over!”
