“Actually if I could have given these guys negative stars, i would have done it. First they send me defective files that will not download. when i prove to them that their files are defective, they emailed me and said they would do the downloads remotely and then don't show up. then for final shot they block my emails even though I NEVER sent anything threatening or distasteful. Stay away from these guys!!!!!”

“I'm trying to replace rear brake pads and rotors on a 2017 VW Passat. I purchased the $22.49 manual to get torque values and the basic procedure. The manual is of no value to me. Replacing brake pads and rotors is a common task that people would buy a manual for. This manual has been of no help. In my opinion, it is a smattering of extraneous information poorly organized. So far, I have not gotten a meaningful response from Easy Manuals.”

“Manual I have has not the wiring diagram and have just the engine of my car, not more. I was asked about the wiring diagram before to purchase the manual. They said me the manual have it. But not. I am desapointing with this purchase.”

“Absolutely disgusted with both service and communication. I have an apple pc the manual was Microsoft I bought a microsoft tablet solely to run the manual The manual would not load and customer services kept saying they would help but could not be contacted Eventually they said they would refund the cost I am still waiting (refund suggested on 3.12.2020) I had the memory stick checked by a computer guy and he said that it was not possible to load the information from the stick Be aware that this is not a company to be trusted”
