“Disappointed with the product, as it primarily dealt with lhd vehicles( I expected a British company to sell to their market otherwise I wouldn’t have made the purchase)already had what they sold for a quarter of the price from elsewhere.despite knowing within 3 minutes of downloading that manual wasn’t what I needed , no refund given..”

“I found it very difficult to navigate and having looked up three areas of interest for jobs I needed to do I regret I was unable to get the information I needed on any of them. I had to revert to my old system of learn as I go on the job. This was very disappointing compared with a written book and some illustrations I could not follow. After 50+ years in the motor industry I thought I would be able to glean more information than this.”
