“I have been using Ebuyer for many years for personal and professional needs, great customer service, able to swap and amend my orders after they have been placed, also once sent a replacement when an order was lost by the courier with no problems. Another example of a great customer experience was when I had a projector which developed a fault after some time, I called Ebuyer who informed me it was out of warranty with them but offered to connect me with the manufacturer who could repair under their extended warranty. I will continue to use Ebuyer for years to come.”
