“In terms of choice there is no other company like Ebuyer. Prices are also perfectly acceptable. The main problem for me is the lack of choice in terms of delivery companies (something you had in the past), which means we are left at the mercy of joke companies like Yodel and DPD. I wouldn't mind paying an extra few pounds for using a better company like UPS. Please give the customer the choice and the service you provide will be almost perfect.”

“Despite using Ebuyer regularly (at least 4 times per month) for the last 3 years, i have continually ignored the prompts to write a review. I think its about time i gave credit to where credit is due. In all this time and how for many purchases we have made, we have never had a single query regarding an incorrect order, invoice, faulty or missing item. Ebuyer clearly have their ducks in a row. Efficient, fast and on time every time. I wish my other suppliers could even get close to this kind of service. My life would be so much easier!”

“The on-line chat was very good - very helpful and it was this that made me purchase from ebuyer. The front page of the product told me it was free delivery which isn't true when you go through to pay (if you wanted items quicker than 5 working days). The draft cost advised me I had £6.25 to pay (delivery) but it turned out to only be £5.21. Not a huge issue but not sure it instils confidence!”
