“I have used ebuyer on and off over the years for my technological purchases and struggle to recall of any issues with them. The delivery costs are reasonable and arrive in a good time frame so that aspect I too am happy with. I mainly purchase computer components and I would say I use the company as a benchmark for competitors to compare with. ebuyer tends to come up trumps on most goods and their stock levels are always accurate so I have no problems recommending them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future! “Used ebuyer a lot in the past, but not in the last couple of years. I'm finding the site better to navigate and find what I'm looking for but.... pages load more slowly which is a bit frustrating. I'd also like to see a summary/useful inf. page for each classification of kit to help in matching it to what I have - e.g. memory to motherboard/computer.”

“The Ebuyer search options are extensive and, after filtering the search results, I located the range of items I could choose from. The content for each item does vary, some items have more information about them than others; some have no information at all, not even a photograph. Sometimes it does make it difficult to figure out which item is current, and which is not yet available. Having found what I wanted, the rest of the process is pretty efficient. Selecting delivery and payment options, etc. Overall good process.”
