“As usual, Ebuyer have great daily bargain offers so decided to upgrade sound system with Powercool Pro offer and with free delivery! Little disappointed that subsequent item order ordered (only £6.00) added a £3.00 delivery charge, overriding free delivery offer. Think Ebuyer need to look at their promo codes.”

“I used the Ebuyer mobile site initially to do some research. This was easy to use and well formatted for the phone. The product pages are clear and simple. The one thing I would have found useful is links to series of products. I bought a Lenovo G510 laptop, of which there are 3 variants on the site - I would have found links between the pages useful to show teh options available - ie on the intel i5 version page, it would have been useful to see a link that said "did you know there is an i7 version of this product for £50 more?".”

“I ordered through express checkout initially but later got an email saying items still in my basket ? So I called customer services who were very helpful and they removed my original order I placed the order again and it when through ok.
