“when trying to decide which laptop to buy i found the online chat function extremely helpful. unlike other online help chat services i have used before where i felt like i was speaking to a robot. the online agent (toby) gave me all the help i needed to choose my new laptop based on my needs for example the type of video editing software i would be using. Not only did i recieve great advice i found a laptop that met all of my requirements for a price that i could not find anywhere on the highstreet. overall i am thrilled with ebuyer!!”
