“The only reason I didn't give very good was yet again people who live in the highlands of Scotland are penalised. It says free delivery until you get to the checkout and then you are told that you have to pay an additional £7.95 because of where you live.”

“I return a faulty motherboard and then I am charged deliver on replacement. Why do have to pay for delivery on all my orders. when I add an item to the basket it free delivery but when I check out it add a delivery charge even and I live in mainland Britain?”
