“It's been a while since I last ordered anything from ebuyer, mostly because I tend to find most things cheaper on eBay these days. In this case however I found ebuyer to be one of the cheapest and I'm happy that not much has changed with the simple order process. “Good overall service, but when an item needs to be returned that's over 6 months old, they will only offer you a part refund. Even though the item may have a 1 or 2 years manufactures warranty.”

“Great range of products and very good value for money, particularly with the free next day delivery currently offered. Slight issue with VAT not being shown with the listed price of the product, it would be better to show either both prices or the price the customer will acutally pay. I feel that some people could see this as a 'hidden charge' which may put people off. On the whole a very good site for electronic products.”

“Website is simple to navigate BUT all the promotional cookies, take a little time to load and keep moving button positions - so when you want to change sort (from relevance to price for example) the box will keep moving - very annoying after its happened ten times!!”

“i had bought a few items from ebuyer and always good. however i decided to buy a replacement portable hard drive as my old one had been in daily use for more than three years..its time had come. my replacement lasted just 3 weeks and collapsed; but the good news was that ebuyer credited my account and without a problem i have just returned to buy another. thank you ebuyer.”
