“It's not very fair charging postage to Northern Ireland, after all we are part of the United Kingdom and you are discriminating against us. This has caused me to re-think about ordering from you, after all other suppliers do not have such high charges and very often free of charge to regular customers. I am not alone in this as my friends maintain they would not deal with a supplier who has high postage charges to Northern Ireland. You are not making friends over here!”

“Good prices, good range of stock, late delivery cut off times, consistently correct deliveries. Returns convoluted, why do them on line when in every case you have to phone up afterwards? Chat system hopeless, two days to get a reply but otherwise customer charged to phone. Over all good as long as nothing goes wrong.”

“Great prices but check with dabs.com for cheaper pc components. Ebuyer has some niche items at excellent prices like the xenta illuminated keyboard. I could only get an illuminated keyboard for under £10 at ebuyer. Dispatch is slow on some items with the free postage option.”

“eBuyer my idea of a market leader. When I first heard of eBuyer, I was stunned to realize I never had to go to the small shop down the road that never had anything I wanted. There was a place, on-line for me to get practically anything I needed at reasonable prices. I have only ever had one hick-up with the company which wasn't entirely their fault. I have never had a problem with deliveries and their customer service team are top-notch. eBuyer is truly a prestigious market leader.”
