“Site worked quite well most of the time, but it seemed that opening a new tab with the middle mouse button didn't work which was pretty inconvenient. Some products where listed twice with different prices, one example would be the i5 3350P processors, with one of them being £130.07 and another £132.82 at the time of writing.”

“While the buying process is pretty smooth, finding the products you want can be a nightmare as there are so many but they are not listed in a very user friendly way. For example, we were looking for a phone for our office so we went to Telephones, Headsets, Fax Machines & Communications then got lost as we could not see a link for phones. To find them you need to go to Type then expand the list and then you can see telephones. This is an example that the info on the site needs to be prioritised for what people are looking for and buying, not just listed alphabetically. At times it can make the site quite hard to use and we gave up looking for the two mobile chargers I was looking for. It's a shame because we like to use e-buyer for our tech stuff and they usually deliver very quickly and prices are good. It's just the site is a bit hard to use at times.”

I am a business customer, so, although I understand Ebuyer's business model and why they don't provide delivery notes, the absence of delivery paperwork does cause issues for my goods-in dept.”

“Overall a good shopping experience. The prices are competitive compared to other larger retailers as is the choice of products. There are also plenty of options on the shipping varying from free (which states 5 days but I've experienced longer), to next day delivery. Don't use Amazon, buy British - buy ebuyer!”

“Good site, easy to navigate. Great products and prices. Crying shame that they persist in treating the Scottish Highlands as if Victoria was still on the throne. I live 40 miles from Inverness on a main road and railway line and just 60 miles from Aberdeen, the Oil Capital of Europe with direct connections to half of Europe. Yet you say that it takes an extra day to get a delivery. Few do these days, most have realised that I can drive to Birmingham in 8 hours - Yorkshire is a mere 6 hours away, closer than you are to the West Country!!!! If necessary, please use a decent different courier - after all, I'm paying for it!!!!!”
