“I do love purchasing items from Ebuyer! Unfortunately I am having a few problems with returning an item that didn't work on purchase, even after I sent a return form explaining what had happened they declined me (I think from taking so long) which I will work on but besides that I love Ebuyer! The delivery options are great, amazing prices and I always shop here for my computer bits and pieces wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work over there!”

“Great company to buy from, lot's of items to choose from in stock and a good selection of delivery choices available ranging from next day to super saver within 5 days (which is currently free if you spend over £50). The only downside is that for the super saver delivery they tend to use DX post, which is not the best postal service to use as deliveries tend to take a lot longer than the stated ebuyer delivery time scales. If they would use Royal Mail for the super saver deliveries, then I would happily change my review to 5 stars and "Very Good".”

“Overall they have good line of stock when it comes to computer components and the delivery service is second to none, although it can be a little expensive at times, unless you can wait and go for free option. Prices are good too, but they should have more specials and discounted stock or even more refurbished stock, ideal for system builders, the future of PC's”

“Ebuyer has an amazing and very well chosen selection of gadgets. It is definitely a site to check out when buying IT stuff. The only downside and the reason why I am not an exclusive shopper at Ebuyer, are the delivery costs. This tiered pricing is just a bit of a joke in my opinion. Who wants to choose between 1 day and 2 day and 3 day and 4 day and 5 day delivery??? (you get my point!?) Anyway - other than the delivery policy/charges a very good and trusted online shop!!”

“I have not used E-buyer a great deal but the prices are very attractive. My last purchase went slightly astray (Courier's failure) but E-buyer were good enough to refund the express carriage charge. I will always check availability on their site and I find their e-mails on offer items quite helpful.”

“Good range, competitive prices and have in the past had fast delivery, free for orders over £50. Sometimes they credit my account with a free next-day delivery though. In this occasion though, delivery was mixed with one item arriving in decent time and another just barely making the 5 day cut off. It seems you need to pay for next day delivery to get them to make the effort these days.”
