“First time I have used ebuyer. Just placed my first order, which was very easily done. I would have given it a five star rating if the headline 'free delivery' on the item page was more accurate - when you place the order you see that free delivery if for 5 working days - I need it a week today so had to pay an extra £8.24 for postage.”

“I have been using eBuyer for maybe 10 years now and have spent thousands of pounds building half a dozen computers using components from them. It isn't always the easiest site to use and hasn't always had the absolute best customer service, but has always worked well, I've never felt ripped off, and it has consistently being getting better all the time.”

Even with a few hiccups, such as returning an item because it was the wrong product i ordered, was replaced imediatetly and the costumer support via phone was informative and helpful. The variety of products, and professional standard of their website are all good, but also that they seem to have a strong hold on their delivery and word in regards to returns or other problems. Now obviously the delivery has a cost. This cost does add up to those who are on a budget and cause a hinderence in carrying through their purchase. In the end, I tend to go to ebuyer whenever i need something. One of the top of my list. Keep it up Ebuyer!”
