“Clear choice & search engines include useful criteria. I searched by rating & the hard drive with the highest rating (9.2) didn't show up, I had to search for it myself. It was unclear what was wrong when I was trying to sign in but was using wrong email address. Don't know about product yet.”

“I FILLED THE BASKET WITH ALL THE PC PARTS I NEEDED TO ORDER AND KEPT THEM AS A LIST, SO I COULD REVIEW AT A LATER DATE, BUT TODAY THE LIST HAS DELETED HALF OF THE SAVED ITEMS SO I HAVE HAD TO FIND AND RE-ENTER THEM WHICH IS A PAIN. Also the memory i was going to order could not be delivered at the same time as the rest of my order, but i could not find out when it would have been delivered so i have removed this item from my order. But all in all ebuyer has a large catalog of stock and in the past they have always been very fair with me, which is why i keep on coming back when i upgrade my pc kit.”

“Always good offers, but they do sell some odd cheap items that you wonder why you bought them. Too cheap not to I suppose. Not had any problems apart from delivery companies trying a fast one and posting missed delivery card even tho I was in.”

“ebuyer used to have a bad reputation for customer support and after sales. They've always provided best value amongst the online retailers. Over the years though, they've improved and I don't think anything separates them now as far as customer service goes and I still believe they can't be beaten for value for money”

“eBuyer is almost the perfect online store. They have fantastic prices on a great selection of hardware for your PC needs, be it complete desktops, lappys, or components. The special offers they put on are great value and the website is easy to use and very informative. The whole process is let down by adding a surcharge for areas of Scotland even though they are part of the mainland (and I don't mean way up north with the sheep'n'heather). Other PC sellers class Mainland UK as just that. If eBuyer can loose the asterisks (*) and surcharges I would rate 'em with five stars.”

“Love the website, good navigation and easy payment process. Would also like a non-siginup way of paying possibly through paypal. They (paypal) already allow non-signup payment through creditcards. I would also like to be able to pay via phone should there be problems with the website and an 0800 number for this would be the best choice too. Overall I like Ebuyer and have used them several times.”
