“Overall I consider Ebuyer to be a good company to deal with, the only things that stop me from giving them a very good rating are the policy on multi-purchase orders. Sometimes holding up the entire order if one item is unavailable. Also a glitch that hit me on the purchase of a rather expensive piece of kit where it duplicated my order and I was billed for both, it was resolved but as I had also asked and paid for a timed delivery, it arrived late.”

“One of the best priced and easy ways to get all you computer component needs, I have been using Ebuyer for many years and so far it has not been to bad, the negatives of using Ebuyer for me has been if you need to return anything, it could be made a lot easier than it is, and sometimes when rarely things do not arrive on time, it can be frustrating to find out where exactly and what exactly gone wrong. The plus side is it's very handy to find reviews on the items, and 90% of items are very good quality. When things go smoothly Ebuyer are a very good company to use.”

“Been buying from ebuyer.com for years and on the whole i would say that i am happy with the service i have been given. I would not say i have had no problems that would be a lie, however its the treatment i have been given when things have gone wrong that makes them worth buying from. For example i have perchased in the past probably 7 graphics cards,10 or more sticks of ram, 3 or 4 motherboards, 3 pc cases and now in the process of buying a new monitor. i have had problems with 2 graphics cards and 2 2gb sticks of ram in the past but using the returns policy they offered saw them replaced with no extra charge, and i used the service 2ce in 1 month untill they sent me a product that worked so i cant complain at all. The thing that realy impressed me was that they did not want to ask me 100 questions before they replaced it they just did... great service !! i always come back to ebuyer when looking to build my own pc from bare bones the prices are reasonable i wouldn't say they are the cheapest on the market but for peace of mind i cant fault them.”
