“Only just ordered for first time from Ebuyer - so far so good. Had technical question dealt with by phone with speed and required information provided; not impressed however having to use expensive 0871 phone number! Now await delivery of item ordered today 19.3.14; if all OK with this order will be likely to order further.”

Ordering is easy, and right now free delivery next working day (promo), great Thanks Ebuyer! Ebuyer has recently had a lot of popups, from other companies offering free trial products, just close the windows and continue. Seriously though EBuyer, sort it out. It really turns loyal customers like me off!”

“Good prices, well laid out website, but I had a few minor issues. The information in the promotional email I received was not the same as in the product details, which meant I had to phone to verify which details were correct. The customer service person was very polite but unable to help me, and this meant another phone call to Seagate. It would all have been so much easier had the correct and full description been available on the website.”
