“Great all round, ordering system very odd sometimes, in stock item went out of stock while in my basket, i order with next day delivery selected, but nothing arrives next day. Check order page and have to remove a 2.99 item so my order can be shipped! (a £200 order!) Had i not checked i would have been waiting well over a week, seems a bit odd to me”

“Always quick to deliver and for the most part have what I need in stock. For the few returns I have had to make they are very good but I would prefer a more sensible system for managing returns. Preferably not having to fill in an online form, then make a phone call, sit in a cue and then organise a return.”
