“in general ebuyer are pretty good but they do have a few points they need to look at. 1, in the past I have ordered and paid for next day delivery only to be told when the delivery did not turn up the next day that I have to wait 48 hours to see if the parcel arrives, this really is not a acceptable when we have customers expecting delivery of the product. 2, the returns policy in general is very good BUT the zoostorm laptop returns policy is not as you have to pay £65 for them to even look at it.”

“Over the years of buying from eBuyer the service has been wholly good. The only downside in my experience has been trying to negotiate delivery from CityLink; fine if you are in when they try to deliver but book out a whole afternoon trying to collect your parcel if you're not!”

“Price wise, Ebuyer appears to strive to become one of the most recognisable Internet brands associated with value for money. One minor complaint I have is that whilst (using my most recent order as an example) Ebuyer may be one of, if not THE cheapest places to buy from, the delivery charge stumps that saving. My recent order was approximately £9 cheaper with Ebuyer, however with next day delivery selected it was £6 more expensive. If the items had been in stock at the competitor’s site I would have used them as they offer next day DPD delivery for free. I did call the support telephone number to see if there was any movement on the delivery charge, but sadly there was not. I will note: the service on the telephone was excellent, sharp, precise and very friendly. Thanks, Dale Harrison 07799604877”
