“I like your company, I've used you before through work but I have to say signing up for my own account via an iPad was not the easiest thing and I'm an IT Manager. From a PC I have no complaints, you honestly have a great site but you may want to revisit your sign up process for tablets. Keep up the otherwise excellent work!”

“I love the selection of products, and the fact they use Feefo for the reviews, which should mean they are real reviews, not staff ones. I dislike the fact that paying by PayPal means I can't choose the delivery address which I can when using PayPal at Ebay etc. I enjoy reading the emails and ads that Ebuyer send, and have had some bargains, and also able to check prices fairly easily against other online stores (including Amazon!) So, mostly good, but room for improvement yet, Ebuyer!”

“I bought a netgear switch from Ebuyer. It arrived factory sealed, and well packaged, but when I unpakced it it became obvious that it was a factory refurb - googlong this I found reports that is something that Netgear try to get away with sometimes. I talked to someone at Ebuyer, who was very helpful and arranged a replacement with no fuss.”

“Overall a very pleasant experience with this company for some time now. One criticism is that I have had too many faulty boards recently. 3 in a row in fact. One which I could not return because I accidently damaged some pins trying to replace the socket cover. However, this was more of a bad design issue on the part of Intel/Asus than it was bad service. Board was faulty though and I should have still had a replacement. Instead I ended up £150.00 out of pocket. Other than this I would have given full marks!”

“Ebuyer continue to offer high quality products at keen prices, but I'm not convinced about their delivery methods. Because their standard courier refuses to leave goods at any other address you have to be in to take delivery. This would not be an issue, except: 1. Ebuyer sometimes upgrade to next day delivery without warning. 2. Goods are often delivered late, probably due to the couriers themselves. 3. The next day upgrade is not always applied when promised. If they could just deliver when they say they are going to deliver I would be 100% happy!”

“Smooth site BUT four days after emailing me an an advert for £79.98 external Samsung Hard Drive price (Free postage for rest of month) had increased to £82.98 when I went to order item at the weekend! No indication in advert that price was variable!. Too late now, only noticed price increase after clicking on pay now button and looking at emailed receipt. Only £3 extra I know but leaves a bad taste - so in future make sure that the price advertised is the price that you pay!!!!”
