“Found th eregistration prompts a bit confusing to start with but soon got the hang of it. Tried to register as a business customer but could not get past the business registration number. As a sole trader my business does not require to be registered and therefore does not have a registration number.”

“Ebuyer has so far been great. The daily offers e-mail can be a bit annoying, but actually it's full of some really good offers, so I don't mind getting them. They seem to have a wide range of products at a good price. It's easy to buy. My only problem is the delivery service they use was a bit of a let-down. Other than that, 4/5, good!”

“I have been a customer with Ebuyer for many years now, they have great prices and variety for computer components which I mainly use for building PCs. Their customer service team have improved a lot over the years and they resolve most of my issues quickly and satisfactorily. The only negative thing would be prices are slightly higher on certain products, but then again Ebuyer do have bargains depending on what you are looking for, with special offers making them value for money.”

“Good company to deal with and improved as its matured. It accepts returns when goods faulty far more readily than in the old days, and always with a quick turnaround. The only complaint, if it can be called such, is that it's prices sometimes fluctuate with offers etc. You can buy something one day and see it cheaper the next on their website. It is also no longer the cheapest around for all products, but don't let that always fool you as the cheaper companies are sometimes not so great if you need to return something (like in the old days with Ebuyer). But, that just life I guess, so you make your choice based on what's important to you. All in all good overall process and service. service received.”

“Ebuyer have been my go-to site for computer and home office supplies for 15 years or so. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for at good prices. I have put in a couple of returns over time which were dealt with very well. Only grumble I had was in claiming a free HDD when I bought a NetGear Stora. I placed the order prior to the cut-off, but it was delivered after that date - so I was told I didn't qualify. I did have to talk to both EBuyer and NetGear but managed to get this sorted. No hard feelings as I still feel that EBuyer is a great site to buy from - and would certainly recommend it.”
