“Good price on item, but still misleadingly highlighting free delivery on item order page, but then when you select to buy, defaulting to next day delivery at a cost of nearly £11.00. You have to select the free delivery option specifically. If free delivery is highlighted when ordering, it should be the default delivery option. I got caught out with this on my last order.”

“Have been using eBuyer for a long time and was always satisified with the service. Noticed items prices are now being quoted without the VAT. Makes for a less than straight forward buying experience as one has to work out how much they are actually going to pay and if it is a good deal. Personally, I am not a fan of that price presentation, and I liked it better when it was the price I saw is the price I paid (+shipping if applicable)!!”

“I love ebuyer, so much choice and great value. The only reason I rate 4 instead of 5 stars is simply because they use Yodel as one of their delivery providers. Yodel are absolutely hopeless, and as long as ebuyer use them they will never reach their potential.”
