“Check-out was working last night but up and running now. Other than this, ordering process was easy. Still not sure why paid delivery is so expensive compared to free option? All arrive by the same delivery service, sometimes the free delivery arrives next day! Why not make it all free and get on with it?”

“Usually fast delivery, when I have ordered close to Christmas it has been a little slower but still within the specified time frame. Orders are well packaged, I've never had an order damaged in transit. My only gripe is that the returns take a very long time to be processed (my last took 3 weeks before I had a working product)!”

“I've had no problems - they have delivered when they say they will. I like the free next day delivery offer - I tend to bring forward purchases because of that. I've had to return one item - it was a heatsink and was too big for the small case. No problem with the return and refund. Ebuyer is my first port of call at the moment.”

“Always my first stop for computer parts, ebuyer has been good to me when looking to build an entire computer, or just looking for a monitor. The customer product review system is integrated really well into the site also, so i often find myself using ebuyer as a source of community advice when i am looking to learn more about a product, whether i am interested in buying it or not. I literally come here before visiting review sites and even sites like Wikipedia when i need to learn about a product or see its specs. If i had to pick fault with them i would say that their postage and packaging prices can seem a little unfair at times... there have been many times where i have bought a lot and expected free postage, only to be disappointed. That being said, the general prices on the site tend to be the cheapest on the market pretty consistently, so i don't mind paying a little for postage. Paul.”

“I needed to buy a laptop, and turned to my son for advice. He recommended Ebuyer and sent me a link to a product which he thought suitable. Once on the site, I was able to gain all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only area of slight uncertainty was that of the necessary software, and licenses for it, but after some Microsoft research I was able to confirm that the bundle on offer was an appropriate solution. Of course, final verdict will have to remain until it arrives!”
