“I'm a sole IT Manager supporting 50 + users. I don't want to waste time on the phone going thru an order process with a salesman who just wants to sell me more. E Buyer lets me buy what I want, when I want. With a Trade account the whole order process is Quick and simple. Deliveries are on time. Price is important and E Buyer are always competitive prices. My only issue is the cost of delivery.”

“I wanted a laptop and now I've ordered one so am happy! Website was easy to use - liked that you could scroll down through everything and wasn't redirected to separate pages for reviews, spec, questions.etc I found the questions rather pointless as the answers were not from people who knew and were rather pointless. E.g. 'Is this laptop good for gaming?' 'Don't know, I don't play games on it'”

“Overall good, but could improved the search / filtering of products on the website and need to look at a problem where some product show in-stock and avaliable for next day delivery (on a Sunday), but when you select the item get to the checkout they can only be delivered on a Tuesday.”

“Allthough this is a critisme and I do not expect to win a prize I still feel the need to say it. I would have given a higher rating as I only wanted the the SD card but as it was priced 89p short of the free postage so I have ordered something else Which I did not need although it will prove useful. For items as small as a micro SD card it would be a better policy to send these free of charge or a nominal 1st class stamp as I think you would sell a lot more of these smaller items. Thomas Agnew”

“The deals are generally quite good. There are new ones each day, The free delivery is reliable and I only ever had one problem, which was fixed (after some difficulty with pickup) but the customer service did get this sorted, there was very little quibbling just a few minor logistical issues (again, customer service did sort this out quite quickly - I was expecting more hassle after the pick up didn't arrive but they came up with an alternative and stuck to their end of this, so it was fairly annoying at the time but after it got resolved I was really rather pleased with the service).”
