“ebuyer have some good stuff and if revoo quotes tell you if there are any less attractive items. Emails of offers are persistent but I usually like to read them anyway. Free next day delivery offer exists but I never seem to get this option at checkout- sort this out please! Otherwise good an no probs with returns either!”

“I knew what I wanted, Ebuyer had it at a reasonable price and promised to deliver the next day (for a small charge). Overall quite easy though the registration process and address search could use some work to improve the customer experience. Paying by PayPal was easy and the links all worked well (doesn't happen every time!). Assuming I get what I ordered the Seagate Desktop Backup a Plus drives are really reliable, USB 3.0 and easy to use. I have 2 x 2TB (now) 2 x 3TB drives securing my important media and taking care of Time Machine backups. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have used eBuyer for a number of years now and 99% of the time they have been great. 1 Order i had i tried to return (product was faulty) but heard nothing from them about it,. I still have the product to this day (3 months later) and no refund. Other than that the delivery is excellent.”

“Well, most of the time I do not have problems with ebuyer, but the reason I'm writing this review is not for the chance of a free ipad... I dont honestly believe anyone will be getting one of those! The main reason is that every now and then I get frustrated with their ordering system online. Today's fiasco started with me ordering a mainboard and 2 different types of fans. I ordered 2 of each... turns out, 1 of the fans only had 1 item in stock... it didnt tell me that at the time when I ordered it. Anyhow, I thought to myself, no bother, I'll just cancel 1 of the fans.... problem solved? NO. I then found myself slightly under then free delivery price which actually pushed my price up more than it would have been had they got the fan in stock! Something really needs to be done about that kind of cock up. I wouldnt have cancelled my order, but it would not let me purchase more of the other type instead! Instead, it put them in a fresh basket for me. Short of it is, ebuyer, you are great most of the time, but every now and then I just want to take my business elsewhere, you know?”
