“Always efficient quick service. Only had one delivery that took a while to arrive but wasn't urgent so no problems and it was free delivery anyway. Website very easy to use - 5 stars for ease of use!!! Definitely recommend to others and already have. Never had any problems with products so far :)”

“The ability to find what I was looking for and the information about the products was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the checkout process - when placing an order for a couple of hundred pounds, it's nice to have an overview of the order (ie what I am buying and the delivery address) on the same page as the "Place Order" button (eg like Amazon). To have a page with nothing on it but "Place order" is a little disconcerting! Having said that, the whole process was simple and easy and I look forward to receiving a new computer in a few days time.”

“I've always found this website to be reliable and trustworthy. I shopped infrequently for PC and related items, but when I do, I almost always seem to end up on ebuyer for a good price and quick delivery. On this occasion I was mildy disappointed to find the price of the item I was interested in creep up on nearly every visit I made before purchasing. I am unsure why this happened but it bothered me.”

“I've used Ebuyer for over ten years I believe - perhaps quite a bit longer - I used to order for my school department from them. They generally have excellent stock levels and more importantly in my experience the stock levels they quote reflect the truth!! They are very competitive in pricing and I usually have to look very hard around their competitors to find a better price - usually I don't manage it although sometimes you'll get the same price elsewhere that includes delivery - always a winner! They handle DoA's well and claims are fairly dealt with in my experience The are straight forward fair dealing well priced - can't really say fairer than that - they got "good" because they're delivery options are a bit pricey especially for lighter stuff and their courier don't do timed-delivery slots”
