“Poor customer service saying company does not give compensation covered by Consumer Rights. Poor deliver speed (once in stock). Poor reprocessing of orders incorrectly sent back due to yodel failures saying not returned (But did take over a week) when tracking showed it had been returned. Always occasions when you have problems it's how you deal with them that's important”

“Today, I visited eBuyer On-Line and already had an Idea as to the Exact Hard Drive I wanted, after Hours of Research. However, whilst on eBuyer's Web Site, Sam suddenly 'Popped Up' in a Chat Window in the Bottom Right Hand Corner of my Screen. Sam gave Advice, helped me rethink my Purchase and found a Much Faster 2.5" Laptop Hard Drive. To think I'd been Researching this for over an Hour and yet Sam helped me RETHINK my Thinking, with a Much Better, MUCH, MUCH Faster Hard Drive? Wow😲👌👍 AMAZING EXPERIENCE🏆 and what was better than this, is that Sam knew the Product Stocks from 'Off the top of their Heads' which made this Visit, EASY, PLEASANT and I know without any doubt that I have spent my Money Wisely. Thank You Sam for an Amazing Service in that 'Chat Window that Popped Up' off my System Tray!🥇 I would have made the WRONG Purchase if it wasn't for your Timely Intervention!😁”
