“Have only had only one issue with eBuyer over the many years and that was only a difference of opinion - we all like our wee debates from time to time. Well done guys on providing good value for money. As to quality - that is down to the manufacturer and sometimes luck plays a part. Take it from me, do your research, weigh up the pros and cons and then never, ever look back.”

“based on first order placed today the site seems good had a small problem with the system recognition of my work address for delivery. Possibly short on layman information on the goods I was buying, however the major drawback was the price of delivery costs. Very excessive for a fairly standard delivery and also "hidden" until I was ready to place an order. 5 working days is a crazy quote for a free delivery if Ebuyer.com wants to compete with the big boys online!!”

“Pro's _ good choice of products, good descriptions, reasonable prices, good backup service for when things go wrong in warranty. Great Deals, accepts PAYPAL which means i can buy stuff on my mobile while out and about, good website its very easy to find what you are lookin for, the search strings are quite intuative. Cons_ Postage can be a bit high sometimes and i have ended up going to Amazon, being a Prime member the item and shipping has worked out chepaer. Can be slow to replace faulty products, its just thier processes, not because they are not willing. One thing that really bugs me is they have taken the compare option away, most people are not morons and want to do research before spending money, it would help to make research quicker if there was a compare option, Overall i would say Ebuyer is one the of the most reliable, honest, retailers out there and i can safeley say buy with confidence and if you end up with the wrong thing you can send it back and get a refund without quibble. Its for these reason i continue to buy from ebuyer, peace of mind.”
