“Very reasonable prices. Delivery can be hit and miss. Sometimes the delivery is really quick and others you have to chase the courier. The couriers tracking system also seems to delete the tracking number once the product is on the van for delivery.”

“I like the daily deals email newsletter - it is much better than typical newsletters - gives you an idea about what is available but specifically what is on offer. Found the site easy to use and order from and I like the paypal payment option - although it would be nice if you could use paypal and still get the free one day delivery”

“Look out for the offers, I usually buy from the daily offer, and get execellent deals, free postage, so it's cost effective. delivery is on time or earlier, and the quality of items is very good. When I had a problem with an item it was replaced/exchanged without issue and promptly. I can't ask anything else of a retailer in such a competitive market.”

“The great thing about ebuyer is that you can order quite late in the day and you'll get it the next morning. In fact if you remember something just before you go to bed you can still order it and there is every chance that you'll get it the next morning. After sales service is also not too bad. Their returns system is among the better ones around. But returns processing could be a little speedier.”
