“An Ebuyer Business Account seems to offer a better service than the Standard Home Account. I have been offered Free Next Day Delivery Several Times on the business service. I have always used eBuyer over the 7 years I have run this business. They have generally very competitive prices and a huge range. What I like most is the website is very easy to navigate and find the products I require compared to their competitors. What I would like is rather than having to click the "View Product" button and then the "Add to Basket" button, would be to also have a "Add to Basket" in addition to the "View Product" button. Thi8s would speed up my life as I do not always need to read the full description. Thanks Patrick”

“Ebuyer is an easy website you use and offer products a good prices especially for computer components. They also sell loads of other things that would be useful to consumers and businesses alike. The only thing I wasnt impressed with is when i need to cancel an order the cancel order tab didn't work and I ended up having to phone Ebuyer to cancel the item which they were happy to do. As a result the tab seems to be a bit pointless. Over all Ebuyer are good and i would more than happily order from them again should I need more computer related things!”

“Your prices are competitive, which is what will keep people on your site. However your delivery destinations are not versatile enough as they only apply to the UK. If you want to market your products to a wider audience you will need to make the necessary changes.”
