“The site is easy to navigate and has much useful information aboit the laptops. However, i thought a lot of the reviews were not helpful and very simple, which made me lokk elsewhere for a more in depth review. Perhaps including a better more detailed analysis would be useful.”

“Have used ebuyer for years now (mainly for computer storage). Always delivered my items intact and in good nick. Only thing holding me back from a 5 star rating is that they could improve the website to offer alternatives to the item your viewing and what's the difference (specific I know but it cuts down on the research time).”

“I have used Ebuyer Many times and have always had good results with them. Delivery is on time, no hiccups during the ordering/shipping process and the website is a joy to use. They tend to have a lot of items on offer too which is ideal for a bargain hunter like myself. The only criticism i have of them is the way they display the 'savings'. On some products i looked at there price + saving added up to much more than the product RRP or atleast what the RRP was at other online retailer. Though mostly (9 times out of 10) they are cheaper anyway.”

“When returning from paypal the delivery address I had selected was over written by my address in paypal and I was not notified, it was very small and I could have missed it. I get the need for the security but maybe providing an alert to the customer saying something like 'Your delivery address has changed upon returning from paypay, if this was intentional please continue. If not click here to return to paypal' .. ? Aside from that, great process and 23:00 cut off for next day delivery is AMAZING.”

“Well, I've yet to receive anything from Ebuyer.com yet, as i've only just placed my order. So far the experience has been good. Their website is intuitive and easy to navigate. I've not gotten lost, nor have I felt that the site isn't maintained in a professional manner. Assuming my products arrive in good condition and on time, I don't feel I'll have any problems with them. All in all, I write this review as a happy customer.”
