“I am satisfied with the web site. Me and my order electronic goods from Ebuyer and we never had any problems before and I recommended ebuyer to many of my friends. One thing I want to raise is about the delivery. It would be nice to have a note when opting for a delivery like 'ring me my phone because my door bell may not work' or 'it is black of flats so I might take some time to come down.”

“Very easy to use, gives me all the options I need and it is easy enough to compare prices. The website is designed very well allowing me to see all the options available to me and easy tick boxes, and the refresh rate is quick, allowing me to swift though comparing all prices. I have not dealt with but have been recommended to this website because it has good customer service if anything is to go wrong. The items them self vary and are at grate prices, the details within a items page is very good giving me what I need but I couldn't find a "ask a question" or something similar to ask for some more information. Overall the sight is very good and I do recommend this to others, and will be a recurring customer. Scott Ferguson”

“I've always used eBuyer for my computer related needs, and I've never been let down until I tried to return a motherboard. The delivery service never came to collect. I still have the motherboard now. However, that being said, I still buy everything from here. Their prices are really good and I love the products. Also have a very good description for every item.”

“Normally my 1st port of call, what more can I say? The only downside is that I wish the postage was a tad cheaper though, even "super saver" is £4 for a mouse, it still annoys me that there is not a free or nominal charge option.”
