“I've always found eBuyer to be a competitive etailer to shop with. Whenever I've had an issue with a faulty component the returns process has been simple and fast. My only complaint with eBuyer is the cost of delivery, but this is often offset by the savings made on sale items anyway.”

“Quick and easy. However checkout gave me around 5 options for delivery costs including around £6 for a 5 working day delivery as well as a costly charge for next day delivery. There was also the availability of the free next day delivery but if you were not careful you would miss this amoungst the charged deliverys and hence I could have added approx 25% cost for my own order. Not necessarilly a complaint but perhaps something to consider, especially for those of us with visual challanges. Thanks Phil”

“As an infrequent user over the past six or so years I have found e-buyer to be very efficient in their service and a company whose prices are very attractive. “Ebuyer have a great selection of goods for quick delivery and I have used them for well over 5 years now. After sales service is prompt and courteous in all my dealings. My only misgiving is that delivery should either be cheaper or free. Having said that I always ask for FREE 5 working day delivery and it invariably comes within 2 days. :)”
