“The best parts of eBuyer the 1) RMA service, 2) the variety of technology, 3) Delivery options The worst part of eBuyer 1) The use of ReeVoo....the older review system was better and by like minded techno geeks rather than random people of varying knowledge levels. The forums are only of moderate non item-specific help 2) Over reliance on social media...why should I "like on facebook" to win prizes...is not it enough that I shop here? 3) Fewer Budget options and more high cost options that there used to be...One feature that used to like was the possibility of buying components that would allow a budget PC is in less than 100 pounds...scarcely possible these days. It is possible on other sites (names not disclosed)”

“So far I have bought 2 tb hard drives and 2 media players, 1 set for my self and because they worked so well i bought another set for my son. Needless to say that now we are both happy as i have my set and my son no longer needs to steal mine. Both sets cost around £70 which is a bargain as the amount of use they get. cheers ebuyer”

“Because I live in Inverness, capital of the Highlands I get charged extra for shipping, even If I go for the "Free" 5 day delivery I get charged £17 for 5 small Items. I just received an E Mail stating Free Delivery Friday, ordered 6 Items and still get charged £18 ! This is not fair, If I lived in Aberdeen which is 100 Miles East I would get free all the time for 5 day delivery, please look in to your shipping costs for Highlands. Peter.”
