“Easy enough to use, sometimes can be a bit confusing with too much choice and not enough information regarding which part is better than the other, numbers and letters requiring a lot of research to figure out if you're buying something worthwhile. A bit like throwing someone who knows loads about computers into a garage and asking them to pick which part of a vehicle they want the most, but with 100 different pieces to fit that part and nothing but google to figure out whats going on Don't get me wrong though, I always use this site. It's the cheapest in comparison 99% of the time and I've never had a problem with Delivery. Thanks”

“Prices are good with some great bargains turning up on a regular basis. Ebuyer is always my go-to for computer components, as well as tools and equipment to help maintain them. Often when I'm browsing I'll be pleasantly surprised at the breadth of their catalogue. Dispatches are always quick and the returns system (in the rare events that I've had to use it) has never let me down.”

“I like your emails. I don't see the as spam, they are informative and easy to read. Almost all my purchases result from email prompting. I quite like the purchase process, but it could be improved. If I win I'll give you a much more full critique. Suffice today to say that all data about the purchase should be carried forward and visible at every step.”

“Always quick and competitive. Would be even better if: 1. Packaging overload sometimes (why send 1 box when you can send 3?!) 2. Really difficult to use site from mobile browser - the search is hopeless at finding what you want quickly, even if you are very specific. e.g. dwd -rw gives you 1000 products to look through - not much fun on a mobile. There's actually only 8 blank dvd -rw disk product available!”

“Easy to use site however this was because I had been advised what to buy. Had I not had this advice and needed to purchase a graphics card that could run two screens I would have chosen a site that had a customer service number. It is always a worry that the product isn't compatible and will have to be exchanged.”
