“Good prices, but don't bother asking for a discount, I got 43p off on a £1000 order! Easy to pay because it remembers your details, but awful returns policy. Much better to buy from Amazon if it's the same price, but usually Ebuyer is cheaper.”

“Ebuyer saved my marriage. People might think of ebuyer as just a good place to get computing goods and accesories for a good price but to me its more than just a fine seller of technology. Its a home saver too. Many months ago my wife broke the news that shevwould be leaving me after 10 years of marriage (apparently the spark had gone) and that I need to let her go and move on. I didn't want to. I tried everything in my power to reKINDLE our love, marriage councilling, a romantic holiday, heck I even washed the dishes but nothing worked, her mind was made up ... That was until I emailed ebuyer regarding a new laptop, they were extraordinarily quick to reply to me and helped me find the perfect laptop for my computing needs but I knew I was just trying to fill a hole she would soon be digging into my heart. Out of sheer desparation I told Tom (the customer service guy I was dealing with) about my marriage problems when he enquired about helping me with anything else, what did I have to lose right? It'd at least give me a laugh in such a dark time ... But his response shocked and intrigued me. "Buy her a necklace, John, a necklace grander than any princess of medieval Europe ever got to wear. Buy her a necklace and it will save your marriage." I chuckled to myself and put it to the back of my mind for the next two weeks. My wife had moved in with her sister at this point and I was all alone (aside from our dog Buttkiss) for the first time in 10 years ... Then my phone rang ... "Hello John this is Tom from customer service just providing a follow up call regarding your failing marriage, did you buy the necklace as suggested by myself at Ebuyer?". My jaw dropped, I had completely forgotten our conversation and even more shocked that he had obtained my number. "What? No? How did you get my number?" I quivered down the phone unsure of the radical steps Ebuyer was taking to contact me. "The necklace,John, buy her a necklace. Are you satisfied with your aftercare here at Ebuyer?" I muttered something incoherent and hung up. "First thing tomorrow I'm phoning Ebuyer and reporting this harrasment!" I angrily told Buttkiss as I stomped up the stairs to bed in a huff, my life was already ruined and now my night too, I had zero motivation to watch re-runs of Fraser after that. Lying in bed tossing and turning as I tried to sleep, Toms words repeated over and over in my mind. "Buy her a necklace, John." He encouragingly told me. Turning to my click I noticed the time was 8am. Damnit, not an ounce of sleep .. "Oh well." I shurgged to myself as i rubbed my eyes and stepped out of bed to go to work. I had many sleepless nights recently so I was used to it and during my walk to the office I couldn't help but notice the finest silver necklace I had ever witnessed, diamonds lined thevlength of the beautifully smelted chain held in place by exquisitely made heartshaped clasps. This was THE necklace and if it didn't work I could at least use it to choke myself to death, it'd be better than some old nilon rooe afterall .. So on Tom's advice I bought it and walked the long trek to my sister in laws house. I pushed the door open and confidently strided inside "What the hell are you doi-" I shoved Michelle aside as she confronted me, damn bitxh annoyed me anyway and I raced upstairs to my estranged wifes room. There she was, in hall her beauty. Sarah, my wife of ten years, my soul mate and the only woman I truly loved. She opened her mouth to speak but I quickly cut her off "Sarah, just listen. I love you, I love you more than anything, I'm lost without you. I can't, I won't just leave you." I paused as my eyes welled up. "I uhh, I bought you this." I hopefully presented the necklace to her and her eyes immediatly lit up. "Oh dear lord this necklace is beautiful! Its more beautiful than any necklace worn by a medieval european princess!" She cried as her eyes welled uo with tears. "I love you!!" We both screamed as we embraced with all the passion of reuniting lovers. And so that was it, thanks to Ebuyer my marriage was saved and 6 months later on we're expecting our first chikd which we have decided to name Tom. Thank you Ebuyer, thank you for everything.”
